Reviews and Ratings
The hotel has a convenient location for reaching Rogers Place for events and offers proximity to shopping and dining options. The rooms were uncomfortably hot and in need of renovation, lacking amenities like a fridge. Limited parking made check-in challenging.
The hotel has a great location near the Art Gallery of Alberta and central downtown and is very convenient for downtown visitors. The rooms are in need of an upgrade, as they had a wet carpet and smelled musty, but they were clean and comfortable with soft sheets. The service was slow and poorly handled, despite my repeated visits to the hotel. The dining experience was pricey for what you get. The hotel has excellent facilities for those attending events at Rogers Centre.
The hotel is conveniently located across from Rogers Place and offers comfortable rooms. However, the dated decor, issues with amenities like the coffee maker and elevator, and the presence of vagrants in the area are drawbacks.
The hotel is conveniently located right across from Rogers Place, but the room temperature was not well-regulated, leading to some discomfort during the night. The service was friendly and efficient, with some minor confusion over guest verification. The location is ideal for attending Oilers' games, although there were some safety concerns due to nearby individuals. The dining experience could have been more varied and affordable. Overall, the hotel offers some positives but has room for improvement.
The hotel was comfortable but is dated, with some issues like a moody coffee maker and only one tissue in the Kleenex box. There were long wait times for the elevator due to one being out of service. The room layout made it a bit difficult to move around, especially with furniture blocking the window view.
